Who it is for
Researchers, lecturers, and graduate students preparing:
- journal articles and revisions after peer review

- conference abstracts and papers
What your editor checks
- Grammar, spelling, and punctuation, in US or UK English as you prefer
- Clarity and flow: sentence structure, word choice, and transitions between paragraphs
- Academic tone and field terminology, by an editor with a PhD in a related discipline
- Consistency of terms, abbreviations, units, and reference style
What we do not change
We do not alter your data, results, or scientific claims, and we do not write new content on your behalf. Notes on scientific substance, if any, are left as comments for you to decide.
What you receive
- The edited file with tracked changes, so you can review every edit
- A clean copy with all changes accepted
- An editing certificate with a unique number and QR code that journal editors can verify
NoteAbout the certificate
The certificate states that the language of the manuscript was edited by TextGuild. It does not assess the scientific content or guarantee acceptance by a journal.
